Yard Greetings By Angie and all affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. We also ask that you not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason.

If you need them picked up early, call us, and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

Terms and Conditions Statement

This contains the terms & conditions for Yard Greetings By Angie. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You need to understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

Payment

Payment is to be paid in full when booking to hold the reservation.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. After 24 hours, it will cancel out. We book first come, first served. 

Cancellation

Cancellations at least 14 days before your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within seven days of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used later. Cancellations made the day before or after your scheduled delivery may not receive a refund. 

Rush Orders 

Rush orders (orders within 48 hours and same-day orders) will be accommodated with the following:

Based on available inventory Rush fee may apply (rush fee is an additional $50)

Orders placed within 24 hours of the requested event day are not guaranteed! 

Inclement Weather 

We will not be able to deliver your yard greeting if there is lightning, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down or affect the stability and/or potential damage to the signs. In the event of inclement weather, if we cannot reschedule the greeting, then a refund will be honored.

Refund Policy

We will NOT refund payment if the homeowner requests the greeting to be removed, for errors on order submission, or if the yard is not install-ready. It's very important to water your lawn. If we cannot safely and securely stake the yard, then we cannot complete the install and no refunds will be given.

Delivery 

The yard sign will be delivered the evening before the event date unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting. 

Policy 

All yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner or someone in the home at least 18 years of age that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.

No mowing, please! 

All signs remain the property of Yard Greetings By Angie. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at the total replacement value.

Yard Greetings By Angie reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
